• Budget for the move: Consider costs for moving services, travel, and any new living expenses. Declutter before you move: Take the opportunity to downsize and get rid of items you no longer need.

• Get Loan Pre-approval if you are financing your new home. Can't submit offers without pre-approval and being prepared with that is crucial.

Choosing the Right Location

• Research neighborhoods: Look into different areas in Florida to find the right fit for your lifestyle.

• Consider proximity to work and schools: Ensure your new home is convenient for commuting and education.

• Explore local amenities: Check for nearby parks, shopping centers, and recreational activities.

• Do you mind if you are in a flood zone? (higher insurance costs and risk of flood)
